Hello world. It’s me, Sophie.
(If I ever get around to actually writing the memior I plan on writing, that will be the first line.)
I grew up the daughter of a soldier in the United States Air Force. We lived in some pretty rad places, and travelled to some even better ones. I loved my life, for the most part. My childhood was rough, (who’s wasn’t?) and as a result I don’t have consistent memories really until about 8th grade on. It’s depressing, but I’m working on dealing with the cause and am beginning to realize it wasn’t my fault and I can still have a happy life.
I have one little girl, Piper, who was born April 4, 2006 (day after my birthday). She is the light of my life. My husband, Brandon, and I met while working at Pizza Hut, and were married May 17th, 2007. He is my rock…without him, I would not be here today.
I am a creative person by nature. I do all sorts of little crafty things, but always have a hard time finishing them 
. I am always reading about two-three books at a time. I used to write a lot…hopefully having this blog will get me back into the swing of things.
